HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 525,000 Ordinary Shares at 90.25p on 7 July 2016, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 6 July 2016 was 88.0p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 11 July 2016. As at 11 July 2016 the issued share capital will be 167,193,240 and the number of voting rights will be 167,193,240.
