The Company announces the allotment of 450,000 Ordinary Shares at 86.75p on 11 September 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 10 September 2013 was 85.1 p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 16 September 2013. As at 16 September 2013 the issued share capital will be 88,890,877 and the number of voting rights will be 88,890,877.
