ALLOTMENT OF SHARES

The Company announces that it has allotted 250,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each fully paid under its block listing facility.  These shares were issued for cash today at a price of 877.0p per share.

The total number of shares in issue is now 21,155,541. 

The total number of voting rights in the Company is now 21,155,541 in respect of the ordinary shares. The above figure (21,155,541) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Henderson EuroTrust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
