Share Split and Total Voting Rights

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

As a result of the 10 for 1 share split which became effective today, as at 22 November 2021, Henderson EuroTrust plc's capital consisted of   212,055,410 ordinary shares of 0.5p, of which 200,000 ordinary shares were held in Treasury. Shares held in Treasury do not possess voting rights. On a poll, members have one vote for every share held. 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Henderson EuroTrust plc is 211,855,410 .

The above figure ( 211,855,410 ) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of Henderson EuroTrust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
