As at 30 June 2015, the Company's issued share capital consists of 20,755,541 ordinary shares of 5p.  The Company has no shares in Treasury.

The figure above (20,755,541) is also the total number of voting rights in Henderson EuroTrust plc and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Henderson EuroTrust plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
