The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 294.75p on 24 February 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 23 February 2010 was 287.7p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 1 March 2010. As at 1 March 2010 the issued share capital will be 94,305,564 and the number of voting rights will be 94,305,564.
