The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 258.00p on 05 October 2011, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 04 October 2011 was 249.8p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 10 October 2011. As at 10 October 2011 the issued share capital will be 100,480,564 and the number of voting rights will be 100,480,564.
