BLOCKLISTING APPLICATION

Further to the AGM results announcement made on 17 December 2014 whereby authority was granted by shareholders to issue up to 10% of the Company's shares on a non pre-emptive basis an Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 10,195,945 Ordinary shares of no par value each under a general corporate purposes block listing facility

The shares may be issued, from time to time for cash, in order to satisfy investor demand, provided that such issues are made at prices above the prevailing net asset value per share.  Any shares will, when issued, rank equally with the existing Ordinary shares of the Company.
