HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

First Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a first interim dividend of 4.70p (four point seven zero pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2015. The dividend will be paid on 27 February 2015 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 6 February 2015. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 5 February 2015.
