HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

First Interim Dividend

The directors have declared a first interim dividend of 3.20p (three point two pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 August 2010. The dividend will be paid on 26 February 2010 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 5 February 2010. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 3 February 2010.
