The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 310p per share on 13 May 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 12 May 2014 was 300.9p

These shares will be issued for cash on 16 May 2014. As at 16 May 2014 the issued share capital will be 106,970,564 and the number of voting rights will be 106,970,564.
