HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 342p per share on 11 September 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 10 September 2014 was 335p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 16 September 2014. As at 16 September 2014 the issued share capital will be 108,245,564 and the number of voting rights will be 108,245,564.
