The Company announces the allotment of 75,000 Ordinary Shares at 329.5p per share on 4 November 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 3 November 2014 was 325.2p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 6 November 2014. As at 6 November 2014 the issued share capital will be 108,770,564 and the number of voting rights will be 108,770,564.
