HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 334.50p per share on 11 June 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 10 June 2015 was 326.10p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 15 June 2015. As at 15 June 2015, the issued share capital will be 111,795,564 and the number of voting rights will be 111,795,564.
