HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 75,000 Ordinary Shares at 342.25p per share on 7 May 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 6 May 2015 was 345.50p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 11 May 2015. As at 11 May 2015 the issued share capital will be 110,870,564  and the number of voting rights will be 110,870,564.
