The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 336.0p per share on 17 November 2016, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 16 November 2016 was 329.4p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 21 November 2016. As at 21 November 2016 the issued share capital will be 114,985,564 and the number of voting rights will be 114,985,564.
