The Company announces that it agreed on 21 July 2022 to allot 125,000 Ordinary Shares at 282.50p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 21 July 2022 was 276.0p.  

These shares were issued for cash on 25 July 2022. As at 25 July 2022 the issued share capital and total voting rights was 154,398,564.
