The Company announces the allotment of 175,000 Ordinary Shares at 371.00p per share on 3 May 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 2 May 2013 was 361.2p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 09 May 2013. As at 09 May 2013 the issued share capital will be 104,345,564 and the number of voting rights will be 104,345,564.
