The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 348.0p on 23 January 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 22 January 2013 was 340.0p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 28 January 2013. As at 28 January 2013 the issued share capital will be 102,645,564 and the number of voting rights will be 102,645,564.
