The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 291.00p on 7 June 2012, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 6 June 2012 was 280.7p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 12 June 2012. As at 12 June 2012 the issued share capital will be 101,580,564 and the number of voting rights will be 101,580,564.
