The Company announces the allotment of 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 311.00p per share on 4 April 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 3 April 2014 was 306.70p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 9 April 2014. As at 9 April 2014 the issued share capital will be 105,720,564 and the number of voting rights will be 105,720,564.
