PAYS FIRST INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE PERIOD ENDING 31 AUGUST 2013

Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a first interim dividend of 1.0p per Ordinary Share in respect of the period ending 31 August 2013 payable on 28 February 2013 to shareholders registered on 8 February 2013.  The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 6 February 2013.
