DECLARES SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE

PERIOD ENDING 31 AUGUST 2015

Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a second interim dividend of 1.10p per ordinary share in respect of the period ending 31 August 2015 payable on 29 May 2015 to shareholders registered on 8 May 2015.

The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 7 May 2015.
