DECLARES SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE

PERIOD ENDING 31 AUGUST 2016

Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a second interim dividend of 1.15p per ordinary share in respect of the period ending 31 August 2016 payable on 31 May 2016 to shareholders registered on 15 April 2016.

The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 14 April 2016.
