DECLARES THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE

PERIOD ENDING 31 AUGUST 2016

Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a third interim dividend of 1.15p per ordinary share in respect of the period ending 31 August 2016 payable on 31 August 2016 to shareholders registered on 29 July 2016.

The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 28 July 2016.
