DECLARES FIRST INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE

YEAR ENDING 31 AUGUST 2018

Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a first interim dividend of 1.30p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2018 payable on 28 February 2018 to shareholders registered on 9 February 2018. This dividend is to be paid from the Company's revenue account.

The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 8 February 2018.
