Payment of first interim dividend

Henderson Opportunities Trust plc (the "Company") declares a first interim dividend of 6.5 pence per ordinary share, in respect of the quarter to 31 January 2020 for the period ending 31 October 2020, payable on 26 June 2020 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 22 May 2020.  The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 21 May 2020. This dividend is to be paid from the Company's revenue account.
