Banner Plant Limited expands into Leicestershire

Henry Boot announces that Banner Plant Limited, its' wholly owned subsidiary based in Sheffield, has acquired the assets and on-going business of Premier Plant and Tool Hire Limited ('Premier') for £2.8m.

Premier operate from two depots in Leicester and are one of the largest independent plant and tool hire companies in the East Midlands. The company has a comprehensive plant fleet and an extensive range of power tools which fit directly into the Banner Plant fleet and moves Banner Plant into a new operational location in the Midlands.

Premier will continue to serve their loyal customers with excellent products and service, whilst being able to offer additional lines such as powered access, accommodation and large compressors from Banner Plant's more comprehensive fleet.
