Shareholder Circular - Proposed Long Term Incentive Plan
The Board of Henry Boot PLC today announces a proposal to put in place a new
Long Term Incentive Plan (the 'Proposed LTIP').
Approval for the Proposed LTIP will be sought from Henry Boot PLC shareholders
through an ordinary resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Henry
Boot to be held at Banner Cross Hall, Sheffield, S11 9PD at 10.00 a.m. on 20th
July 2006.
A Circular containing further information on the Proposed LTIP and Notice of the
Extraordinary General Meeting is being posted to shareholders today.
