Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Mr. E.J. Boot has today transferred a total of 24,910 Ordinary Shares in the
Company non-beneficially held in his name to their respective beneficial
holders, being his three adult children. Accordingly, his beneficial holding
remains at 1,095,242 shares (4.20% of the total shares in issue) and his
non-beneficial holding is reduced to 119,566 shares (0.45% of the total shares
in issue). His son, Mr. W.J. Boot, previously advised as being a connected
person, is now no longer deemed to be a connected person.
