The Company has today been advised of the following transaction in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by Mr E J Boot (Group Managing Director) and his wife, Mrs S P Boot, which has taken place today in Sheffield:

Mr EJ Boot transferred by way of gift, 1,700,000 Ordinary Shares to Mrs S P Boot, at a price of 121.5 pence.

The total beneficial and non-beneficial interests of Mr E J Boot and Mrs S P Boot in the Ordinary Shares is now:
