HOLDING IN COMPANY
Henry Boot PLC has today been formally advised that the Trustees of The Fulmer
Charitable Trust (a registered charity) now hold 1,147,916 Ordinary Shares in
the company consequent upon the transfer of 588,166 shares from the The Charles
Boot Trust (a registered charity which has now ceased to exist) to The Fulmer
Charitable Trust (the latter already holding 559,750 shares prior to the
transfer now being reported). This holding now constitutes 4.4% of the total
number of shares in issue. Both charitable trusts were established by the Reis
Family some years ago and in the Report of Directors of the Henry Boot PLC
Annual Report are included in the non-beneficial share interests of Mr. J.S.
Reis.
