We have been advised by Hermes Administration Services Limited/Hermes Pensions
Management Limited that:

a)      the BT Pension Scheme no longer has a notifiable interest in the
        ordinary share capital of the Company consequent upon the disposal
        of 700,000 ordinary shares (registered in the name of BriTel (MAM)
        Nominees Limited) which has now reduced its interest to 2.14%
        registered in the name of BriTel Fund Nominees Limited.

b)      Royal Mail Pensions no longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary
        share capital of the Company consequent upon the disposal of 670,000
        ordinary shares (registered in the name of Possfund (MAM) Nominees
        Limited) which has now reduced its interest to 1.45% registered in the
        name of Possfund Nominees Limited.

c)      the Hermes UK Small Companies Focus Fund ('SCFF') has acquired 
        1,335,000 ordinary shares (registered in the name of Chase Nominees
        Limited) which constitutes 5.12% of the issued ordinary share capital 
        of the Company.
        Hermes Focus Asset Management Limited, Hermes Investment Management
        Limited and Hermes SLP Limited are partners in SCFF and these companies
        are ultimately owned by the BT Pension Scheme. Other partners of SCFF 
        include Royal Mail Pensions.
