Further to yesterday's announcement regarding the purchase of own shares,
Henry Boot PLC, the Sheffield based construction and property group, late
yesterday purchased, for cancellation, an additional 100,000 of the Company's
Ordinary 10p shares at a price of 220 pence per share.
