The Company has been informed that Stephanie Eastment, a non-executive director of the Company, today bought 400 ordinary shares of 25p nominal value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2,411.52p per share.

Following the above mentioned acquisition, Stephanie Eastment is beneficially interested in 2,900 Ordinary Shares.
