Retirement of Director

The Company announces that Mr Andrew Murison retired as a Director of the Company at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 13 May 2015.

Roger Mountford, Chairman, commented:

"Andrew Murison has served HgCapital Trust with distinction. Drawing on his varied experience as a venture capitalist, institutional investor and financial journalist, Andrew has made a much valued contribution to Board discussions. We thank him for all he has done for the Trust."
