Board Changes
The Company today announces that Sarah Evans will retire from the Board with effect from 31 March 2017. Sarah, who currently chairs the audit committee, has been a director since 2008.
With effect from 1 April 2017, Susie Farnon will chair the Audit Committee and Simon Holden will take over from Susie as chair of the Risk Committee.
