HICL Infrastructure Company Limited
Increase in the Group's credit facility
HICL Infrastructure Company Limited (the "Company"), the listed infrastructure investment company advised by InfraRed Capital Partners Limited ("InfraRed"), is pleased to announce that it has negotiated an increase in the size of the Group's revolving credit facility from £300m to £400m.
Terms of the enlarged facility remain the same, with a margin of 1.70% over LIBOR and expiry in May 2019.
The banks providing the facility have expanded with Santander joining National Australia Bank, Lloyds Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, ING and HSBC in the banking group.
The Company has increased the size of this facility in light of the pipeline of new opportunities which the Group is evaluating.
