BLUECREST ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED (the "Company") 

DIRECTORATE CHANGE - APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATE DIRECTOR

In accordance with Rule 9.6.11(1) of the Listing Rules, the Company announces that Jonathan Hooley has appointed Jeremy Thomas Sambrook as his alternate director for Board meetings with effect from 6 February 2012, so long as Mr Sambrook  is not acting as an alternate director on behalf of any other director of the Company at the same Board meeting.  Such appointment shall remain valid until revoked by either Mr Hooley or Mr Sambrook or Mr Hooley ceases to be a director of the Company. 

Mr Sambrook is currently also appointed as alternate director for Andrew Dodd, a director of the Company.

Mr Sambrook is based in Guernsey as a principal of BlueCrest Capital Management LLP ("BlueCrest"), the investment manager of AllBlue Limited and is a member of the board and executive committee of BlueCrest. Mr Sambrook joined BlueCrest in 2007 following seven years working for Simmons & Simmons as a corporate M&A lawyer.  Mr Sambrook holds an LLB from the University of Bristol.

In accordance with Rule 9.6.13 (1) of the Listing Rules, the Company confirms that other than as disclosed herein Mr Sambrook is not a director of any other public quoted company and he has not held any directorships of public quoted companies within the last five years.

There are no additional disclosures that require to be made in respect of Rules 9.6.13 (2) - (6) of the Listing Rules.
