BlueCrest ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED (the "Company")

APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarita Keen as an independent non-executive director with effect from 3 June 2015.

Sarita (aged 47) brings significant experience of fund administration of Guernsey companies.  Her experience spans over twenty five years in the Guernsey fund services industry. 

She is an Approved Person with the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and a Member of the Institute of Directors.  Sarita holds a number of non-executive positions for various companies and, as part of this, chairs or is a member of those companies audit, risk and nominations committees. She is resident in Guernsey.

The Company's Nominations Committee and board followed a rigorous and structured selection process based on a series of objective criteria, cognisant of the requirements for suitable skills, experience and diversity.

The Company is delighted to have selected someone with the extensive skills and experience of Sarita and looks forward to her contribution to the Company's business in the coming years.

Sarita sits on the boards of Pantheon's unquoted entities in Guernsey with Richard Crowder, the Chairman of the Company.

There are no matters requiring disclosure in respect of Sarita's appointment under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UKLA.
