In light of the proposed postal disruption in some parts of the United Kingdom the Company wishes to bring to the attention of its shareholders that the Company's appointed UK Transfer Agent, Anson Administration (UK) Limited, stands ready at the address given below in Fareham, Hampshire to receive shareholders completed proxy forms for the Class Meetings convened for Wednesday 12 August, in place of those proxies being sent to the Company's Registrar in Guernsey.

The cut off times of 11:00/10 a.m. on Monday 10 August remain the same.
