Monthly conversion facility and conversion timetable

Further to the passing of the resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 22 September 2010 and in accordance with Article 35 of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company (as amended), the Board has exercised its discretionary powers under to permit conversions between classes of Ordinary Shares on a monthly basis until further notice. The monthly conversion facility operates entirely at the Directors' discretion. The following table sets out the estimated monthly conversion timetable for 2014:-
