Publication of Circular

The Company is today posting a circular to Shareholders to propose the discontinuation resolution (the "Circular" and the "Proposal"). The Circular sets out further details of the Proposal and contains a notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 18 December 2020 at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1GR, Channel Islands.

A copy of the Circular will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism . The Circular will also be available on the Company's website:  www.highbridgemsfltd.co.uk .
