BLUECREST ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED (THE 'COMPANY')

 

TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES - REPLACEMENT

 

The Transaction in Own Shares Announcement released at 17.35 on 26 September 2012 under RNS number 2649N contained a typing error when referring to the total number of Sterling Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) which is 491,848,609 not 491,818,609.  The below announcement contains corrected total number of Sterling Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and replaces the previous announcement in its entirety.

 

 

The Company announces that on 26 September 2012 it purchased 50,000 Sterling Shares of no par value ('Sterling Shares') at an average price per share of 165.5 pence each.

 

The Sterling Shares purchased will be held by the Company as treasury shares.  Following the above purchase, the total number of Sterling Shares held by the Company in treasury is 5,345,624.

 

Following the above purchase, the total number of Sterling Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 491,848,609 the total number of Euro Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 9,180,449 and the total number of US$ Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 82,597,917.

 

All shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of shares held. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 583,626,975 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
