BLUECREST ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED (THE 'COMPANY')

TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

The Company announces that on 18 November 2014 it purchased 168,000 Sterling Shares of no par value ('Sterling Shares') at an average price per share of 185.90 pence each and also 136,000 US Dollar Shares of no par value ("USD Shares") at an average price per share of 177.00 cents each.

The Sterling Shares purchased will be cancelled upon acquisition.  Following the above purchase, the total number of Sterling Shares held by the Company in treasury is 44,222,246.

The USD Shares purchased will be held in treasury upon acquisition. Following the above purchase, the total number of USD Shares held by Company in treasury is 1,863,000.

Following the above purchases of Sterling Shares and USD Shares by the Company, the total number of Sterling Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 398,208,200 and the total number of USD Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 41,632,525.

All shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of shares held. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 439,840,725 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
