Director's Dealings

The Company was informed on 21 November 2000, that the wife of Gavin Kingerlee
(the Chief Executive) sold 5,000 ordinary shares of Highcroft Investment Trust
plc, on the same date, at a price of 442.5p each.

Following this, Mr Kingerlee's total beneficial holding has been reduced to
182,150 ordinary shares.  

Mr Kingerlee's wife sold the shares to another member of the Kingerlee Concert
Party hence the total number of shares held by the Concert Party has not
changed.
