Highcroft Investments P.L.C. (the 'Company') was informed yesterday that on 29
March 2005 Gavin Kingerlee, Non-Executive Chairman, and his wife Mrs M
Kingerlee, sold 3,000 Highcroft ordinary shares and 2,000 ordinary shares
respectively at a price of £6.00 per share.


Following this, Gavin Kingerlee and his associates hold 165,150 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 3.20 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.


The Company was also informed yesterday that, on 29 March 2005, 5,000 Highcroft
ordinary shares were acquired by the JM Kingerlee Settlement Trust, of which the
children of David Kingerlee, an Executive Director, are beneficiaries.  Of the
5,000 ordinary shares, David Kingerlee sold 3,500 ordinary shares and 1,500
ordinary shares were sold by his wife, Mrs S Kingerlee, each at a price of £6.00
per share.


David Kingerlee and David Bowman, Finance Director, are both trustees to the JM
Kingerlee Settlement Trust.


Following this transfer David Kingerlee's interest in the Company's ordinary
share capital is as detailed below:

Accordingly as a trustee Mr Bowman's non-beneficial interest increases to 91,448
