CHANGE IN DIRECTOR'S INTERESTS
AND
NOTIFICATION OF SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDING IN COMPANY
Highway Capital plc (the 'Company') has today received the following
notifications:
• On 1 December 2003, Edward Patrick Levey, a Non-Executive Director of the
Company, sold 465,376 ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the
Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing approximately 5.86% of the issued
share capital of the Company, at a price of 15p per share. Following this
transaction, Mr Levey remains interested in 10,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company,
all of which are beneficially owned by his wife.
• On 1 December 2003, Keelwalk Properties Limited acquired 465,376 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 5.86% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
