BOARD CHANGE
Highway Capital plc (the 'Company') announces that, pursuant to an agreement
dated 5 June 2003, Mr Edward Levey, Finance Director, has ceased to be an
executive director of the Company. Mr Levey will remain on the Board in a
non-executive capacity and will continue to act as company secretary.
The service contract of Mr Levey with the Company has been terminated by mutual
agreement. The Company will make a payment of £35,000 to Mr Levey in full and
final settlement of any claims by him in connection with termination of the
contract without the required 12 months' notice.
The Company has entered into a one-year consultancy agreement with Cedars
Management Services Limited under which the Company shall be entitled to call
upon the services of Mr Levey for 21 hours per week in consideration of the
payment of £23,000 (plus VAT) per annum.
