SUPERFRAME GROUP PLC

Superframe Group plc ('the Company') yesterday received notification that, on
22 December 2000:

Galante International Limited disposed of an interest in rights over 514,852
ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares')
out of the interest in rights over 2,375,901 Ordinary Shares it acquired from
Andy Gilbert pursuant to a conditional agreement dated 29 November 2000. 
Galante International Limited retains an interest in rights over 1,861,049
Ordinary Shares, representing 23.42% of the issued share capital of the
Company;

Dominic Wheatley acquired from Galante International Limited a beneficial
interest in rights over 396,040 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.98% of the
issued share capital of the Company; and

Paul Beber acquired from Galante International Limited a beneficial interest
in rights over 118,812 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.50% of the issued share
capital of the Company, which he holds on behalf of himself, various other
partners of H W Fisher & Company and directors of Fisher Corporate plc.
